Last week, I finished taping the final video in The Bare Bones Yoga LEARN YOGA Challenge and I’m so happy to have this free online training done as a way to teach people how to do yoga. I wanted to create a series of videos that would provide people with information about the:

  • Alignment
  • Anatomy
  • Actions

in several fundamental yoga poses to support them as they practice at home or in studios or gyms where they live.

One of the things I’ve noticed over many years of teaching is that people don’t often invest in private yoga sessions. As a result, the learning they do is through a variety of yoga classes with much variation between class to class and teacher to teacher. As a result, there’s a lack of learning the fundamentals in a consistent way. This free online training will give you a consistent approach, based on the above criteria for each pose presented.

Once you’ve gone through each video, you’re ready to apply what you’ve learned to full length classes. Start with a few of my online classes which you can download here.
