Would you be more inclined to practice yoga or meditate if you could earn something as a result ( like a cup of coffee or tea or points towards something bigger). Or would it be more helpful to have someone to speak with to remind you of the value. Or does the power of community drive you to practice in a group setting, or do you not need anything to motivate you to practice? Think of it in the context of an app on your phone that would track the information.
