Karen
I can appreciate your insight on "What are our yoga students thinking"? I often think this same thought. You described the "Sweetness" of helping and instructing yoga to a tee. I am humbled and happy when students return week after week to share their practice. As the yoga community continues to grow and flourish each student receives what they need for their higher good. And when that Smile stretches across some of their faces.....NICE!!!!

Betsy, so good to hear from you! Congrats on your training completion and starting to teach. I'd be glad to give you some more information. Each module will follow a basic outline, touching on key points around each topic. Since it's a one on one experience, you get to ask as many questions as you need to, in order to make sure you not only understand, but to make it customized to meet your needs. I've written a number of articles and many of them touch on some of the module topics, so that can help give you an idea of some of the content presented for some modules. I will send you an individual email so we can talk further. Thanks! Karen

Hi! I was amazed and astonished when I saw this on FB! I have just started teaching , even though I have been certified since 2008. I am teaching mostly people my age and older....50 +. I am feeling good about it so far but could really use some mentoring. Is there a way to see an example of a specialty module? I think the one about working with people with certain conditions would be helpful to me as well as building a class around a theme. Your thoughts? By the way, I love your youtube videos!!! All the Best,Betsy

To answer your last question.... We have the ability to lose anything and everything that does not serve us. Losing most (I didn't say all because fear plays a huge roll in that... topic for another day) of our baggage can be very freeing. Thanks for this blog.
