I’m on vacation this week and I’ve devoted the week to staying local and getting organized. We get so busy with the routine of our lives that it’s hard to find the time for self-improvement. I’ve got a twitter account and I’m using it to document all the things I’m doing this week that are devoted to my own personal health and wellness. There are obvious choices, like running and of course, yoga, but there’s the less obvious, such as painting  my kitchen and getting my personal paperwork in order. We call it “paperwork” but now it’s really about sitting in front of your computer and doing your budget, your bills, looking over your retirement savings ( hopefully there’s something left) and for me, it included getting back to blogging. I was very big on the blog before Twitter came out and truth be told, it’s much easier to “tweet” than “blog.” But I will commit to keeping this up to date, more so than I have over the last several months, as I share some of my thoughts and ideas around how to live a healthy, happy life!

Namaste.
