When I self-published my book, "Stretched" on July 27, 2014, I set a goal for myself of selling 200 books. The average self published book sells about 200 copies, in large part because all the promotion is done by the author. I had it in my mind that I would take myself out for tea at the Taj (the fancy hotel in Boston) when I hit that threshold. Well, after 24 hours here on vacation in St. Martin, I just checked online and with some that I sold this week, I have hit 200. I am psyched! This book has been a labor love and a sharing of yoga teaching ideas that are my passion and I'm so happy to share it. I think instead of the Taj, I'll have a french pastry instead!
I love visiting St Martin because my favorite yoga teachers are here. #nonni #boo
