“This has been my first yoga retreat ever and turned out to be a truly wonderful and special experience thanks to all and each of you. It was fun to get to know each other, share meals, beach walks and ocean plunges and of course practice together.
The retreat was nicely balanced between the yoga classes, meditation and group activities, while still leaving time to explore the surroundings and even do some ‘crazy’ stuff like kitesurfing or diving.
What impressed me the most though was the pure inner joy that radiated from Karen. You are an amazing teacher who truly cares and I am thrilled you shared your first yoga retreat experience as a teacher with me.” -Amy
“It took me days to think about how to respond. I didn’t know what to expect going into this trip…I did practice yoga regularly and then got away from it with my hip injury and other health issues.
I can truly say that the trip has really helped me shift my reality…to accept, to be open to new things and experiences and to take them home with me to incorporate in my everyday life.
For the first time, in a long time, I feel relaxed…not self conscious, not worried about every thing like work, finances, etc. I’m truly thankful to Karen, Tracy and all the new and really amazing friends I’ve met.
