What Is Bare Bones Yoga?

Bare Bones Yoga is my brand and simply stated means that the yoga you’ll be doing is highly accessible and focuses on the major movements you need to do to stay healthy. 

Is Yoga A Cardio Workout?

Depending on the pace you use when you practice, it can get the heart rate up although not as high as traditional cardiac workouts like using a treadmill, a bike or going for a run. It’s  helpful to mix in those sorts of exercise along with a yoga practice. 

What Should I Bring?

Bring a yoga mat and water to drink. 

How Hot Is Yoga?

The room will be room temperature, not heated. 

What Should I Wear?

Wear comfortable clothes of the exercise variety.

How Long Are Yoga Classes?

The sessions run for 60 minutes.
