Virtual Classes
Join me for a variety of classes focused on different aspects of the body and movement. You’ll leave energized and feeling inspired that you invested in your health, plus with perhaps some new knowledge about how the body works. For teachers who attend, feel free to stay online after class to share any questions you have on anatomy and for anyone attending, feel free to ask questions at the end of class.
What to expect from Virtual Classes
Classes will generally be 30 minutes long. Why just 30 minutes? Well, it’s a starting point to access yoga. Once yoga went virtual, the challenge for many became how to fit it into their new routines and patterns of being at home. With classes just 30 minutes, it’s easier to find the time to fit it in. For class, have a yoga mat, yoga block and strap. If you feel comfortable keeping your camera on, that will help us build a sense of connection. If you prefer to keep your camera off, that’s ok too. All students will be muted upon entry but at the end, feel free to unmute yourself if you have any questions. NOTE: The time zone for all classes is the Eastern Time Zone so do the conversion to your time zone accordingly. Also, please be signed up to take class at least 60 minutes before class starts. If there is no one signed up for class one hour before, class will be canceled.

Flexibility focus
Online – 11/5/22 Sat 11:00-11:30 AM ET
Even though all classes focus on flexibility, we’ll hone in on increasing shoulder and hip flexibility in this class. We’ll focus on opening up the shoulders, called external rotation, as well as lengthening hip flexors. We’ll refer to Mr. Bones, my skeleton, so you can see the muscles we’re focusing on in class.

Slow flow
Online – 11/6/22 Sun 11-11:30 AM ET
This class will give you a chance to slow things down and observe your practice as well as notice sensations that arise. We’ll take the pace down a notch from the typical flow classes. While this won’t be a restorative class per se, it will be a bit slower than usual as a chance to observe and feel. Bring a block and blanket to class.
