Everyone struggles with their self-esteem every now and then. As a yoga teacher, I believe it’s important for me to feel strong in both my body, heart and soul, so I can be there for others as a guide and coach. However, I struggle with feeling “less than” at times and certain triggers bring up feelings of poor self-worth at times. I wrote this article with that in mind and wanted to provide tips to help you build up your self-esteem. Remember, always put yourself first! It’s not selfish; it’s healthy!
