Over the past several years, I’ve developed my Bare Bones Yoga Mentorship Program and filled it with modules that are done in person or over the phone. They cover a variety of topics, both business related and teaching related and  I’ve been asked a few times about compiling the content I have into a book that would be focused on teaching yoga and I’m in the process of doing that. A few weeks back, I asked via my business Facebook page, Bare Bones Yoga, for volunteers to go through my first draft. I was happy to get a few response and am working on getting it together. I just finished the first draft and have the table of contents. I wanted to share it with you here, to give you a sense of what will be included:

This is a big project and one I’m doing completely on my own. I’ll most likely self-publish and sell it via my own website. I have no expectations about how it will do but am enjoying the process of getting all the information down in one place if for no other reason than for myself and for those that work with me individually.
If you have topics you’d like to see in the book that are of interest to you as a teacher, please let me know.
Namaste.
Dear Karen,
You have done a terrific job with the Table of Contents. I see topics that will help both potential, newer and expericened yoga professionals. I like the format you’ve chosen too.
Great job!
Lynn, glad you liked it! Thanks, Karen
