In the framework I teach for “types of cues” we have action, alignment, anatomy and feeling based. In today’s episode we take a deeper look at the somatic based/ feeling based cues. This can be an interesting area for you to explore with your students and I share it, not necessarily in the context of teaching just restorative yoga, but instead, ways you can seamlessly blend somatic cues into any class to enhance the experience of the student.
