When you teach yoga, do you notice certain things that need correcting in your student’s posture? I’m not talking about trying to make a pose perfect; I’m talking about things that you know that if adjusted, the person would feel so much better in the pose? These things are typically called “red flags.” They’re things that you’d adjust through your cues or through manual adjustments to help students create more stability in the pose.
