WELCOME to the Bare Bones Yoga Podcast: Conversations for Yoga Teachers! This is EPISODE 2 and in this episode, we’re going to tackle a tough subject: SELF LIMITING BELIEFS. My first episode was an introduction to the podcast and if you missed that one, you can go back and catch it on this podcast page.

Here in this second episode, I wanted to hit the ground running with a subject that I think is so important for yoga teachers to address within themselves but one that rarely gets discussed. Think about it: When was the last time you shared with a colleague that you were feeling “less than” when it came to teaching and more about what was behind that feeling?

It can be really hard for teachers to admit these things to themselves let alone other teachers. It’s also not all that uncommon to feel isolated as many teachers don’t have a teaching mentor with whom you can discuss the fears and doubts you have. In my virtual coaching sessions with teachers, I hear a number of concerns and while they all take on a different tone, the common thread is usually fear.

So, listen to this episode where I break down all five as well as share strategies to address each one. See some of the feedback on this episode below:
